ARTICLE 7 PUBLIC AUTHORITIES

12-3-442. Definitions.

As used in this part, the term:

  1. "Agency" means any agency, board, commission, or department within the executive branch of the state government of Georgia.
  2. "Authority" means the Sapelo Island Heritage Authority.
