ARTICLE 9 GEORGIA BROWNFIELD PROGRAM

12-8-200. Short title.

This article shall be known and may be cited as the "Georgia Brownfield Act."

(Code 1981, §12-8-200, enacted by Ga. L. 2002, p. 927, § 6; Ga. L. 2014, p. 247, § 1/HB 957.)

The 2014 amendment, effective July 1, 2014, substituted "Brownfield" for "Hazardous Site Reuse and Redevelopment" in this Code section.
