Section 9. Prevention and Control of Air Pollution, 12-9-1 through 12-9-70.

ARTICLE 1 AIR QUALITY

12-9-8. Renewal or revision of permit.

  1. Upon proper application, the director may renew, revise, modify, amend, or reissue a permit for an additional term.
  2. If an application for permit renewal has not been denied or a renewal permit issued by the date the current permit expires or if issuance or denial of the permit renewal is contested pursuant to Code Section 12-9-15 and administrative or judicial review has not resulted in a final determination by the date the current permit expires, the conditions of the current permit shall remain binding and enforceable until such time as a final determination on the permit renewal is issued.
