Call Now: 904-383-7448The Secretary of State may promulgate such rules and regulations, not inconsistent with the provisions of this chapter, which are incidental to and necessary for the implementation and enforcement of such provisions of this chapter as are administered by the Secretary of State. Such rules and regulations shall be promulgated in accordance with Chapter 13 of Title 50, the "Georgia Administrative Procedure Act."
