- With the exception of official federal court reporters, the Board of Court Reporting of the Judicial Council of Georgia has authority to regulate the practice of verbatim court reporting for use in the federal courts within the State of Georgia pursuant to O.C.G.A. §§ 15-14-22 and15-14-28. 1986 Op.
