ARTICLE 9 BRAIN AND SPINAL INJURY TRUST FUND

15-21-142. Fund established.

There is established the Brain and Spinal Injury Trust Fund Commission which is assigned to the Department of Public Health for administrative purposes only, as prescribed in Code Section 50-4-3.
