Section 5. Administration of Courts of Record Generally, 15-5-1 through 15-5-100.

ARTICLE 6 GEORGIA COURTS AUTOMATION COMMISSION

15-5-80. Definitions.

As used in this article, the term:

  1. "Commission" means the Georgia Courts Automation Commission.
  2. "Council" means the advisory council to the commission.
