Section 7. Damage to and Intrusion upon Property, 16-7-1 through 16-7-97.

ARTICLE 4 BOMBS, EXPLOSIVES, AND CHEMICAL AND BIOLOGICAL WEAPONS

16-7-82. Manufacturing, transporting, distributing, possessing with intent to distribute, and offering to distribute an explosive device.

1. It shall be unlawful for any person to possess, manufacture, transport, distribute, possess with the intent to distribute, or offer to distribute a destructive device except as provided in this article.
2. Any person convicted of a violation of this Code section shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than three nor more than 20 years or, by a fine of not more than $25,000.00 or both or, if the defendant is a corporation, by a fine of not less than $25,000.00 nor more than $100,000.00 or not fewer than 5,000 nor more than 10,000 hours of community service or both.
