ARTICLE 3 CONTINUING GARNISHMENT FOR CHILD SUPPORT OR SPOUSAL SUPPORT

18-4-51. Continuing garnishment of support.

  1. In addition to garnishment proceedings otherwise available under this chapter, in all cases when a judgment was obtained or is being enforced, a plaintiff shall be entitled to the process of continuing garnishment for support against any garnishee who is an employer of the defendant against whom the judgment has been obtained.
  2. Unless otherwise specifically provided in this article, Articles 1 and 2 of this chapter shall apply to this article.
