TITLE 2 AGRICULTURE

Section 15. Pacific White Shrimp Aquaculture Development, 2-15-1 through 2-15-14.

ARTICLE 7 PICK-YOUR-OWN FARM OPERATIONS

2-15-2. (For effective date, see note.) Definitions.

As used in this chapter, the term:

  1. "Aquaculturalist" means a person or firm engaged in aquaculture.
  2. "Aquaculture" means the extensive or intensive farming of aquatic animals and aquatic plants.
  3. "Pacific white shrimp" means the species Penaeus vannamei.
