ARTICLE 7 PICK-YOUR-OWN FARM OPERATIONS

2-16-4. Limitations of actions.

Any civil action for damages for disparagement of perishable agricultural or aquacultural food products or commodities shall be commenced within two years after the cause of action accrues.
