TITLE 2 AGRICULTURE

Section 20. Southern Dairy Compact, 2-20-1 through 2-20-5.

ARTICLE 7 PICK-YOUR-OWN FARM OPERATIONS

2-20-5. Violations of chapter.

  1. No person shall violate this chapter, the Southern Dairy Compact, or any rules or regulations adopted pursuant to either this chapter or the compact.
  2. For purposes of the enforcement of this chapter, the Southern Dairy Compact, or any rules or regulations adopted pursuant to either this chapter or the compact, the provisions of Code Section 2-2-10, Code Section 2-2-11, and Chapter 5 of this title shall be applicable to any violation.
  3. Each day on which a violation occurs shall be a separate violation.
