ARTICLE 5 BOLL WEEVIL ERADICATION

2-7-151. Declaration of purpose.

The boll weevil, Anthonomus grandis Boheman, is declared to be a serious pest and a menace to the cotton-growing industry. The purpose of this article is to provide for the eradication of this pest.
