O.C.G.A. § 20-2-668 (2019)
Rules and regulations
(a) The State Board of Education may adopt rules and regulations necessary to implement the provisions of this article.
(b) As of July 1, 2016, any existing collection of student data by the department shall not be considered provisional student data.
