The funds necessary to provide for the program of scholarships authorized by this part shall come from funds appropriated or other285 wise made available to the board of regents for such purposes.

Editor’s notes. - Ga. L. 1983, p. 951, § 1, effective July 1, 1983, repealed the Code section formerly codified at this part and enacted the current part. The former part consisted of Code Section 20-3-510 and was based on Ga. L. 1972, p. 1015, § 2205 and Ga. L. 1983, p. 3, § 53.
