Section 5. Libraries, 20-5-1 through 20-5-65.

ARTICLE 2 LOCAL AND REGIONAL PUBLIC LIBRARIES

20-5-57. Penalty.

Any failure to comply with the provisions of this part shall result in the forfeiture of all state and federal library aid to the system.
