ARTICLE 6 DEPOSITIONS TO PRESERVE TESTIMONY IN CRIMINAL PROCEEDINGS

24-13-136. Objections to admission of deposition.

Objections to receiving in evidence a deposition or part thereof may be made as provided in civil proceedings.
