ARTICLE 2 AIRPORT FIREFIGHTERS

25-12-12. Requirement for issuance of permit.

No permit may be issued to a person for the first time by the Commissioner until the applicant has submitted a nonrefundable filing fee fixed by rule or regulation of the Commissioner.
