ARTICLE 1 GENERAL PROVISIONS

25-4-7.1. Appointment and compensation of executive director; assistants.

  1. The council shall appoint and establish the compensation of an executive director who shall serve at the pleasure of the council.
  2. The executive director may contract for such services and employ such other professional, technical, and clerical personnel as may be necessary and convenient to carry out the purposes of this chapter.
