Nothing in this article shall be construed to repeal the authority of the Department of Natural Resources to regulate the use of radioactive materials.

ARTICLE 12 PRESCRIPTION MEDICATION INTEGRITY Delayed effective date. Ga. L. 2007, p. 463, § 2/SB 205, provides that this article becomes effective only when funds are specifically appropriated for purposes of this Act in an Appropriations Act making specific reference to

that Act. Funds were not appropriated at the 2007, 2008, 2009, 2010, 2011, 2012, 2013, 2014, 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022, or 2023 session of the General Assembly.
