ARTICLE 2 STATE BOARD OF PHARMACY

26-4-30. Construction of chapter.

This chapter shall not be construed to prohibit the sale by general merchants or other nonpharmacy retailers of nonprescription drugs when sold only in their original and unbroken packages.
