ARTICLE 2 WILDLIFE VIOLATOR COMPACT

27-2-41. Rules and regulations authorized.

The Board of Natural Resources shall make and publish in print or electronically such rules and regulations, not inconsistent with law, as it deems necessary to carry out the purposes of this article.
