Call Now: 904-383-7448No operator shall knowingly permit any person to remove any alcoholic beverage sold or dispensed on the licensed premises to adjacent or other premises for the purpose of viewing any conduct or activity prohibited on the licensed premises by this article; provided, however, that this Code section shall not be applicable to a person who removes an alcoholic beverage to his home or place of abode.
