TITLE 30 HANDICAPPED PERSONS

Section 5. Protection of Disabled Adults and Elder Persons, 30-5-1 through 30-5-11.

30-5-1. Short title.

This chapter shall be known and may be cited as the "Disabled Adults and Elder Persons Protection Act."
