TITLE 30 HANDICAPPED PERSONS

Section 6. Personal Assistance Program for Persons with Disabilities, 30-6-1 through 30-6-5.

30-6-1. Short title.

This chapter shall be known and may be cited as the "Personal Assistance Program for Persons With Disabilities Act."
