TITLE 30 HANDICAPPED PERSONS

Section 6. Personal Assistance Program for Persons with Disabilities, 30-6-1 through 30-6-5.

30-6-2. Purpose.

The purpose of this chapter is to allow persons with severe disabilities to live as self-sufficiently as possible.
