Section 41. Lead Poisoning Prevention, 31-41-1 through 31-41-19.

ARTICLE 1 GENERAL PROVISIONS

31-41-1. Short title.

This chapter shall be known and may be cited as the "Georgia Lead Poisoning Prevention Act of 1994."
