Section 41. Lead Poisoning Prevention, 31-41-1 through 31-41-19.

ARTICLE 2 CHILDHOOD LEAD EXPOSURE CONTROL

31-41-18. Application.

This article shall only apply to:

  1. Owners of residential rental property; and
  2. Landlords

    that accept compensation for the use of residential property by another.
