Section 41. Lead Poisoning Prevention, 31-41-1 through 31-41-19.

ARTICLE 2 CHILDHOOD LEAD EXPOSURE CONTROL

31-41-19. Rules and regulations.

The Department of Public Health shall be authorized to promulgate all necessary regulations for the implementation and enforcement of this article.

The 2011 amendment, effective July 1, 2011, substituted "Department of Public Health" for "Division of Public Health" at the beginning of this Code section.
