Section 43. Commission on Men's Health, 31-43-1 through 31-43-13.

ARTICLE 2 CHILDHOOD LEAD EXPOSURE CONTROL

31-43-10. Meetings; implementation of policies.

  1. The commission may meet at the times and places that the commission designates.
  2. The commission shall develop and implement policies that provide the public with a reasonable opportunity to appear before the commission and to speak on any issue under the jurisdiction of the commission.
