Section 43. Commission on Men's Health, 31-43-1 through 31-43-13.

ARTICLE 2 CHILDHOOD LEAD EXPOSURE CONTROL

31-43-8. Election of presiding officer; presiding officer's power of appointment.

  1. The commission annually shall elect one of its members as presiding officer.
  2. The presiding officer of the commission may appoint subcommittees for any purpose consistent with the duties of the commission under this chapter.
