Section 51. Creation of Low THC Oil Research Program, 31-51-1 through 31-51-10.

ARTICLE 2 CHILDHOOD LEAD EXPOSURE CONTROL

31-51-8. (Repealed effective July 1, 2020) Fees.

The board of regents may establish fees for program participants in such amounts as are reasonable to offset program costs.
