Call Now: 904-383-7448In the event of a dispute or complaint wherein an insurer provided any material in a language other than English, the English language version of the policy, as that term is defined in Code Section 33-24-1, shall control the resolution of such dispute or complaint; provided, however, that nothing contained in this Code section shall abrogate or supersede the provisions set forth in Chapter 6 of this title, relating to unfair trade practices.
