ARTICLE 2 OWN RISK AND SOLVENCY ASSESSMENT REPORT

33-13-41. Effective date for compliance.

The requirements of this article shall become effective on July 1, 2015. The first filing of the ORSA Summary Report shall be required in 2015 pursuant to Code Section 33-13-35.
