ARTICLE 5 LIMITED PURPOSE SUBSIDIARY INSURANCE COMPANIES

33-14-106. Reinsurance.

A limited purpose subsidiary may, upon approval of the Commissioner, reinsure the risks assumed by the limited purpose subsidiary.
