ARTICLE 4 UNDERWRITING AND RATE RISKING

33-24-98. Use of insurance scores permitted.

Notwithstanding any provision of law to the contrary, insurers shall be allowed to use insurance scores in rating and underwriting subject to the provisions of this article.
