Section 41. Captive Insurance Companies, 33-41-1 through 33-41-24.

ARTICLE 4 LIQUIDATION PROCEEDINGS

33-41-1. Short title.

This chapter shall be known and may be cited as the "Georgia Captive Insurance Company Act."
