Section 58. Charitable Gift Annuities, 33-58-1 through 33-58-6.

ARTICLE 4 LIQUIDATION PROCEEDINGS

33-58-6. Issuance not violation of Title 10.

The issuance of a qualified charitable gift annuity does not constitute a violation of Article 15 of Chapter 1 of Title 10.
