TITLE 34 LABOR AND INDUSTRIAL RELATIONS

Section 4. Minimum Wage Law, 34-4-1 through 34-4-6.

34-4-2. Administration and enforcement of chapter by Commissioner of Labor.

The Commissioner of Labor shall administer and enforce this chapter and may make rules and regulations for such administration.
