Call Now: 904-383-7448Subject to other provisions of this chapter, the Commissioner is authorized to appoint, fix the compensation of, and prescribe the duties and powers of such officers, accountants, attorneys, experts, and other persons as may be necessary in the performance of the Commissioner's duties under this chapter. The Commissioner may delegate to any such person such power and authority as deemed reasonable and proper for the effective administration of this chapter and may, in the discretion of the Commissioner, bond any persons handling moneys or signing checks under this chapter.
