This article shall be known and may be cited as the ‘‘Antiterrorism Act.’’

with legislative findings (see now O.C.G.A. § 35-3-61(a)), and enacted current Code Section 35-3-60. Former Code Section 35-3-60 was based on Ga. L. 1983, p. 393, § 1.
