ARTICLE 3 PERSONNEL

38-2-284. Applicability of part to residents who are personnel of the National Guard of other states.

Any otherprovision of law to the contrary notwithstanding, the provisions of this part shall apply to residents of this state who are personnel of the Army National Guard or Air National Guard of any other state.
