As used in this chapter, the term: (1) ‘‘Director’’ means the director of the Office of Highway Safety in the Department of Public Safety. (2) ‘‘National Highway Safety Act of 1966’’ means the National Highway Safety Act of 1966, Pub. Law 89-564, 23 U.S.C. Section 401, et seq., and all amendments thereto. (3) ‘‘Office’’ means the Office of Highway Safety in the Department of Public Safety.
