Any person registering any of the vehicles named in paragraph (3), (9), or (10) of subsection (a) of Code Section 40-2-151, except those named in divisions (a)(3)(A)(i), (a)(3)(A)(ii), (a)(3)(A)(iii), (a)(10)(A)(i), (a)(10)(A)(ii), and (a)(10)(A)(iii) of Code Section 40-2-151 between the dates of: (1) March 1 and May 31 of any year shall pay three-fourths of the annual license fee provided in this article; (2) June 1 and August 31 of any year shall pay one-half of the annual license fee provided in this article; or (3) September 1 and November 30 of any year shall pay onefourth of the annual license fee provided in this article.

Annotations

Editor’s notes. Ga. L. 2002, p. 1074, § 8, not codified by the General Assembly, provides: “This Act shall not abate any prosecution, punishment, penalty, administrative proceedings or remedies, or civil action related to any violation of law committed prior to the effective date of this Act.” This act became effective July 1, 2002.
