Call Now: 904-383-7448An ordinance adopted by the governing body of the county or municipality may authorize the public officer to exercise such powers as may be necessary or convenient to carry out and effectuate the purpose and provisions of Code Sections 41-2-7 through 41-2-10, this Code section, and Code Sections 41-2-12 through 41-2-17, including the following powers in addition to others granted in Code Sections 41-2-7 through 41-2-10 and Code Sections 41-2-12 through 41-2-17:
