(a) A majority of the board of directors shall constitute a quorum for the transaction of business of the authority. However, any action with respect to any project of the authority must be approved by the affirmative vote of not less than a majority of the directors. (b) A majority of the regional jail authority management committee
shall constitute a quorum for the transaction of business of the management committee.
