Call Now: 904-383-7448All apprentices shall be under the supervision and control of the board and shall upon application for licensure submit to the board proof of having served the required number of hours on forms provided by the board. After completing the 3,120 hours for apprenticeship within the specified period, they shall send the last report to the board regardless of the date. The information contained in the report shall be certified as correct by the funeral director in full and continuous charge and by the supervising funeral director and embalmer.
