Annotations

Editor’s notes. Ga. L. 2013, p. 643, § 7/HB 332, not codified by the General Assembly, provides that: “For purposes of making initial

appointments to the reconstituted Georgia Board of Nursing, this Act shall become effective upon its approval by the Governor or upon its becoming law without such approval. For all other purposes, this Act shall become effective on July 1, 2014.” The Governor approved this Act on May 6, 2013.
