L. 1982, p. 3, § 43; Ga. L. 1983, p. 559, § 8; Ga. L. 1989, p. 1098, § 4; Ga. L. 2000, p. 1706, § 19; Ga. L. 2002, p. 863, § 5, and was repealed by Ga. L. 2005, p. 1030, § 3, effective July 1, 2005.
