The board shall appoint a respiratory care advisory committee. The committee shall be composed of persons engaged in the practice of

PHYSICIANS, ASSISTANTS, & OTHERS respiratory therapy, persons licensed under Article 2 of this chapter who specialize or are board certified in pulmonary medicine, and such members as the board at its discretion may determine. Members shall receive no compensation for service on the committee. The committee shall have such advisory duties and responsibilities as the board may determine.
